House Rules: Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. There are no other particular rules to be observed during the stay if not those dictated by the good education and respect for things and people.

Reception: Upon your arrival, the owners will be glad to welcome you personally and to provide you with all the useful information to fully enjoy the apartment and the city. In the house you will find the advice of the owners, pamphlets and maps.

Payment: The deposit is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 150.00 EUR. It can be paid by bank transfer or by Pay Pal. The reservation will be considered finalized only after receiving the deposit. The balance can be paid either on delivery of the keys or 5 days before arrival by bank transfer.

Check-in/out: It is possible to arrange the arrival and departure time according to the needs of the guests. We guarantee maximum flexibility, except for the need to deliver the apartment to other guests on the same day. In this case check-in cannot be earlier than 3.00 pm and check out cannot be later than 11.00 am . We also guarantee baggage custody without surcharge.

Cancellation: In case it is necessary to cancel the reservation it must be done with a minimum notice of 15 days before the arrival date, otherwise the entire deposit will be retained. If you manage to cover the cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Damage: Guests must pay 200 euros as a deposit upon check in. In the absence of damage, this sum will be fully refunded upon departure. In case of damage to the structure or forniture, this sum will be retained in whole or in part, depending on the amount of the damage.
